This DVD contains all open-hand and weapons kata, normal speed and slow speed, from three different angles, thru 7th kyu (two stripe yellow belt). It also includes combinations and board breaking techniques. There are some very nice historical photos and videos of Grandmaster Yamamoto and various students over the years.
